• Heather Love

    FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Heather developed the concept of LMNOP3 throughout her own professional and healing journey. With over a decade of experience working as a procedural nurse she transitioned to mental health advocacy and support through use of plant and psychedelic medicines and integration which she credits with reconnecting her will to live after experiencing extreme birth, pregnancy and postpartum trauma. After completing her Masters in Nursing Education, Heather began teaching a research intensive class for her alma mater during which she dove into the literature describing health inequity, lack of healthcare accessibility and the level of privilege necessary to access quality mental health resources. Heather holds a Certificate from Naropa University’s Center for Psychedelic Studies in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and is on mission to educate, inform and shatter the stigmas and biases that enable human suffering. Heather is an ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ and tribal communities and, as mother of two, is aware of her communities young suffering population.
